Our training room is equipped with 5 modern participant PCs and a trainer station including beamer.
Note on online seminars
The used desktop sharing tool Teamviewer allows to hold seminars or even individual trainings directly over the Internet. Right from your office. Teamviewer enables mutual access. You can see the Trainer Calculator and vice versa, the Trainer can access your PC if necessary (and prior permission).

Course of Online Seminars
Approximately 10 minutes before the training date, you will receive an e-mail with the link to your known e-mail address. Use this link to download the connection program to your computer and start it. The program automatically connects to the online seminar It may happen that Windows displays a warning warning you before running this program. Ignore this warning. The program is harmless and is absolutely necessary to be able to connect to the seminar.
Requirements for participation
Received, signed order confirmation and receipt of payment at IT-CONCEPT before the training date.
Other notes
If the minimum number of participants falls short, ITC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop. You can participate in a repeat meeting of the workshop. If there is no repeat date for the booked workshop, the paid fee may be shared pro rata for other training / seminars.
The costs for travel, meals and accommodation are borne by the participant or his company or authority.
