The ITC Service Line team is always ready, friendly and solution-oriented. By setting up this service we avoid long waiting times in the hotline and optimize our customer service.
Rene Roussis
Rene Roussis is familiar with the products and services in the various ITC design areas. He is responsible for looking after the online presence of IT-Concept. He is also responsible for the corporate design of IT-Concept in various fields such as: the homepage, the newsletter etc … responsible.
He is part of the ITC Service Line and does his best in first level support and project management.

Günther Wimmer
Günther Wimmer is currently studying architecture at the Vienna University of Technology and is currently in the middle of a bachelor’s degree. Now a native of Upper Austria, he supports the ITC Service Line Team in Vienna with full commitment.

Derya Erdem has been studying architecture at the Vienna University of Technology since 2014 and is currently finishing her bachelor’s degree. She supports the ITC Service Line Team in Vienna.

Marlene Janisch has been studying civil engineering at the Vienna University of Technology since 2017. She has already gained experience in various areas of construction by attending HTL für Bautechnik. The dedicated Viennese supports the Service Line Team.

Patricia Gatter
Patricia Gatter is studying architecture at the Vienna University of Technology since 2017 and is currently located in the middle of her bachelor’s degree. By attending the HTL for construction engineering she already collected experience in various fields of construction. The native of Lower Austrian, supports the ITC service line team in Vienna.
